What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I have the customer explain their moving situation. I ask them a couple questions whether they want us to pack or no pack or partially pack for them. If so, I would go take an estimate at their house so they have a better estimate for their move.
Secondly, I meet with the person for an estimate. I always try to connect with my clients so they don't have to worry of us doing a bad job. I go through every step of the house to provide a good a estimate for them. If the customer decides to go on with our services I go though every step on how the move will go, which includes how we protect their belongings and house.
Thirdly, I send a confirmation email and reminder prior to their move. The day of move we do what customer wants to be done.
