- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing can be a a problem for many customer if they have not done a remodeling project before or if it’s a last minute emergency and customer is not ready to expend thousand of dollars in something that was not plan. Something to know is that most contractors offer finance know in days, another thing to know is that by the CSLB regulations contractors cannot ask more than 1,000dlls as a deposit and most of contracts are paid in stages, this means 30% beginning of projects and the rest in progress of project. Initial meeting, estimate, contract agreement, schedule start date, work process, final completion, final walkthrough

I have a associates in construction manager, done many OSHA courses, Military technical engineering, many military courses in construction, and couple certificates in photovoltaic system.
