- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We determine our pricing based on the level on service that is required. We offer an array of services including 3-4 course plated dinners, buffets, family style dinners and tasting menus. We have a minimum of $300 for all events, but may make exceptions for the right event. Our price starts at $60 per person plus grocery fees. Please check out my website!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consulting with my client on what needs and/or requests they are looking for first. And then creating a customized menu, and then a game plan to make it all successfully happen.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from the San Diego Culinary Institute in 2007, and have worked in restaurants, corporate dining and catering companies throughout San Diego.
