Xavier came out to fix our sink pipes and install a new faucet! He was punctual, kind, professional and knowledgeable! He was so great we will definitely be hiring this company for any future plumbing needs! So thankful for good people and businesses! He found plumbing problems that I didn't know existed. He repaired all plumbing issues. Made one trip to plumbing supply for parts. Both toilets work like new and they're quieter to flush now. He was more expensive than I expected. I would recommend him and I would hire him again for any further plumbing repairs. He was very nice. Extremely knowledgeable on plumbing issues.

Our home is old, and the plumbing once in a while gets pretty clogged up, and the drain needs to be cleared out. Xavier was friendly and professional and listened to our plumbing issues. He made a thorough exam. He used the camera after the drained line was cleared out and gave us a live feedback so we visually can see where the place of trouble that slow down the flow and a potential problem we would need to plan and budget for some major work to consider in the future. I appreciate his honest opinion and his respectful manner, not being a pushy sales tactic that some service providers usually use. Letting us know that he understands our situation and gives us an opportunity to choose XM plumbing when we're ready for the major work in the future. Overall, we were pleased with his service. We definitely recommend XM Plumbing to anyone.
