I was anxious when trying to communicate, since I didn’t speak Spanish. All the agreed upon work was done with some prompt. Lots of hard work was done to complete the job. The New sod and irrigation completed, 5 star job. The landscape fabric wasn’t cut to cover all the soil in the backyard planters and a 15 foot stretch of Bermuda grass has came up through the lava rocks in two weeks. They had agreed to stop the weeds, but this is what I got to contend with. The lava rock in one planter had greater than 10 gallons of lava soil in a 8 X 5 area. There has been no follow up after my concerns were voiced. They voiced that they would take my yard clutter to the dump, but failed follow through on that.
