Our AC had a leak and was not cooling. But thanks to Wily, our unit has now been successfully repaired! Wily was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to patiently explain what was happening with our system, answer all of our questions, and walk us through our options so we could make an informed decision. What stood out most was that he respected our preference to explore repair options before jumping straight to a full system replacement. We had spoken with several other companies that immediately recommended replacing the entire unit, but Wily took the time to properly diagnose the issue and focus on repairing what could be repaired first. That honesty & approach were incredibly refreshing. He was professional, kind, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend Wily to friends and family for any heating or air conditioning needs in the future.

My air has been out for a few days and home warranty could not get anyone out for 7 days and it's 100 degrees outside, not acceptable. I found this company on Thumbtack and Wily responded right away and was available same day to repair my unit. He explained everything in detail replaced the part, cleaned the unit and replaced my filter. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their HVAC units repaired. He also provided tips on running my AC unit during these extreme hot days to save energy and costs on my bill. Thank you for saving me from melting, and I can get some sleep now.
