- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We give veteran discounts and will work with customers on pricing. All our rates our very competitive. We strive for good workmanship. We offer affordable pricing for quality work by cutting down overhead. We're a team of two and own all our own equipment. That may saves you on the total cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We complete a phone/text or in-person evaluation of your floor. You get an upfront quote right away. You can ask questions about us, our qualifications, pricing, or timelines. We will gladly answer any questions you have. Once we have enough information about your concrete, we share our plan with you on how to complete your project and we can start!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 5+ years of total experience. Tim is licensed, bonded, and insured under his company Apex Polishing.
