The handyman I got from Thumbtack.com, Osbaldo, did excellent job. I am property owner, very picky, but he met my requirements: 1) on time show up and finish 2) quality and nice job. Experience. 3) reasonable price. Can charge by job. 4) can do small job like my ceiling hole. I like him fix my home again. I recommend h highly without hesitation for sure. David Chau. I needed an interior bedroom door replaced, start to finish. The pro only talked about labor and I mentioned that I also need the door. It is not a slab I can order from Home Depot, it needs to be special ordered. Home Depot is estimated 4-6 weeks. However other door shops can make it. When I told the Pro this, he insulted me and told me to stop wasting his time. I have multiple rentals and deal with many handymen but this Pro is ill mannered and disrespectful. He cannot handle full complete jobs, it seems he only does work if you bring the materials to him. Labor only, not the complete jobs.

We had Osbaldo install crown moulding in our house downstairs and chair rail in two rooms. He did an outstanding job! We are so pleased with not only his work, but his patience and willingness to accommodate our requests. He was always willing to do what we presented to him. He's very nice and professional, and his work is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful detail. I would highly recommend him, we are having him return to do additional work for us. So glad we found him!
