- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Base fee includes our correspondence and or meeting, "Menu" selection of the ceremony, and Day of ceremony. I will arrive thirty to forty fives minutes before the ceremony to confer with you and have your two witnesses sign the marriage license. If a Rehearsal is needed, I charge extra for attendance. A Bilingual ceremony is an additional charge. Cobro mas por una ceremonia de matrimonio bilingue. Traveling over 40 miles I will charge an extra fee. We will discuss your actual fee when we speak regarding your ceremony.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During our initial meeting, in person or by phone, we will discuss your needs and desires for your special day. I will provide you with a selection of ceremonies for you to choose from. You may write your own Vows or You may add special parts to your ceremony, such as, Candle Lighting, Sand Ceremony, Dove Release, and a special reading by a family member or friend, just to name a few. Depending on your ceremony location, we will discuss and agree upon a fee. I also charge a few for attending your rehearsal. Most venues and Wedding Coordinators insist on having a rehearsal. In my opinion, all wedding ceremonies need a rehearsal. The ceremony will run smoother and look beautifully organized, if you have a rehearsal. Please don't skip the rehearsal just to save money.
