- What types of customers have you worked with?
I always do a timeline for all my clients, so they have a clear picture of the event and everything leading up to the day. I call/email/text with all the people involved in the event and help them cordinate so everyone is on the same page.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who you want to work with. You will be planning a major life event wether it's your wedding, or your little princesses perfect princess party, you want to know your thoughts and concerns can be addressed. If you enjoy the planners company and you can see them as a bonus to have on that day, they are the right match. Make sure you have a good repor. If you feel like the planner understands your vision, you are going to be happy with the results. Make sure you have clearly defined what the planners responsibilities will be, you should have a clear conclusive contract with the planner.
