I am a licensed Notary Public, Wedding Officiant, Photographer, and Process Server located in Stockton, CA- As a Notary, I have notarized many types of documents, and have taken the TRID exam so that I can work with Notary Loan Signings such as Mortgage Refinances, Reverse Mortgages, Property Purchases, Sales, and out of state paperwork for these types of transactions. Performing Notaries for Power of Attorney, Advance Health Care Directives, End of Life paperwork, Financial Directives, Last Will and Testaments, as well as foreign documents. I have Apostille Services available, and the Price for Notary is $15 per signature requiring Notarization and $5 per set of initials (If needed). If travel is needed, the additional cost is $1.50 per mile traveled and $5 per 10 miles radius traveled. Payment forms accepted are Cash, ********, *****, **********, *****, ******, or *****. As a Wedding officiant, I have performed thousands of ceremonies over the last nine years, have three service packages available, offer Zoom services for any family or friends who can not physically attend your ceremony, can assist with Personalized Vow Samples, and have photography services available for engagement pictures and/or your ceremony. If you'd like to have an elopement, I can also assist with that process. I have a contract for my services, so that everything is set in stone and you don't have any unexpected surprises when it comes to your ceremony and special day going smoothly! For my Process Serving services, My service fee price ranges between $95-$195, depending on how quickly you'd like services to occur. For standar service (occuring between 5-15 days upon being hired) thw price is $95. This price is equivalent to up to three attempts in needed. After they've been served, or three attempts have been made, (whichever comes first) mileage is due at $1.50 per mile traveled and $5 per 10 mile radius. If you'd like Rush services, which would be completed within 24 hours of the documents being received, the service price is $195, with the same price for mileage, once they've been served or three attempts have been made, (whichever comes first) From there, I will make the paperwork for court, which will need to be filed before your court date.
