- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to work within client budget and am always happy to discuss costs. Average rate is $30/hr.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I always like to have a phone call and discuss te project. We can also meet in person. From there I plan, I put togeter a schheduale - working within your time frame and then I get to work. I will always be available through text, call or email and want to make sure my client is as active in the process as they want to be.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Sciences from Bradley University in Video Production, spealizing in Video Editing. As well, I have second degree in Social Media Marketing. I worked at Joy of Mom for a year and a half, were I worked as Social Media Coordinator. During that time I prodoced a 10 episode web series and 30 solo videos for online and social. I was instrumental in raising social engagement by 37%, Facebook followers to over 2 million and Instagram followers to 111k followers. Currently I work at a production office in Burbank, CA as Social Media Manager and Assistant Editor.
