What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Notary Services:
By law, we charge $15 per signature. If you request our specialized mobile service, travel is extra.
Fingerprinting Services:
Inquire for your total fee (roll fee, travel fee, and DOJ/FBI fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Notary Clients
We listen to our clients. We explain what is needed prior to the scheduled appointment. When we arrive, we ask for a valid ID along with the paperwork. We also ask what type of certificate would they like notarized ie: Acknowledgment or Jurat.
Fingerprinting Clients
We listen to our clients. We explain what is needed prior to the scheduled appointment. When we arrive, we ask for a valid ID along with the Request for Live Scan Form. For the FD-258 cards, we just ask for the client's valid ID.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For Notary:
I am a certified notary, background screened, and bonded. I am also a graduate of Notary2Pro in which I obtained my Notary Signing Agent Certification.
For Fingerprinting:
Peace Officer, Nursing, DOJ/FBI Certification, Background Screened, Bonded and Insured.
