- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing at Smart HVAC is always determined after an inspection by one of our technicians . After an inspection is completed, you will receive a final quote. You may choose to accept the quote, and we may begin the work soon depending on the task. If the quote is declined by the customer a service call fee may incur(there are no fees for new installation inspections).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is simple at Smart HVAC: 1. We send a basic quote for the request 2. When the customers contacts us, we will see what time one of our technician is available to visit the customer's house. 3. After the inspection of the system is complete, our technician will provide the customer with a quote.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Many times the "Pros" encounter customers who do not understand the concept of a service call, a service call only covers the trip to your house and the inspection. If you do not accept the quote for the work, no work is completed and the service call fee will be charged.
