I appreciate Adir and his team's work to turn my dream kitchen into reality. It was a delightful experience as I could see progress every day and work completed with high quality. I'd like to highlight 1) Adir's communication is very strong. Everything is well explained and he guided through via instructing when to purchase what, sequence and dependency of work, why we resolve issue this way etc. Therefore, I have a clear idea of what's going on and what to expect. 2) Accountability & professionlism. When encountered issues the team is able to quickly find resolutions and keep pushing the progress. Also, Adir doesn't have the tendency to over-commit things to please the clients as I normally see the pitfalls others do.  Therefore, I trust everything he said and all the work the team does. I value it a lot as I don't need to worry about work quality, keep checking in or 2nd guessing/confirming what will happen.
