We worked with Rose Modelling recently to get our guest bathroom remodeled. We finalized Rose Modeling after talking to four other contractors, due to competitive pricing and availability to start the project in the timeframe that suited us. Adir explained the process of remodel and answered all our questions in detail throughout as this was our first remodel. Adir is straightforward and was onsite often which made the communication easier. He gave us good suggestions while purchasing the fixtures needed. Ignacio (who worked on our project) and his crew were pleasant, experienced, and serious about quality of work. Adir and his team were able to finish the project in time even after minor hiccups. We are happy with the remodeled bathroom.

Consulted with over 12 construction companies, and chose to go with Rose Remodeling & Design for our bathroom remodel because they were mid-range in price quote, and overall gave the best “first impression” during initial consultations. I just felt a good vibe from Adir from the very beginning - felt like he thoroughly addressed all my questions/concerns in a genuine non-pushy manner unlike many others who were clearly just sales people. We’ve had poor previous experiences with contractors, hence having to redo our bathroom after only 13 yrs due to an active leak in our shower. I was apprehensive initially due to the newness of the company (8 months), but from beginning to end Adir proved that his company is definitely 5 stars! (Company is new but they are licensed and all very experienced/have been doing construction for years). He was always very responsive and was in constant communication with me throughout the entire project. He gave superb design advice while being respectful of our own preferences/budget. His crew was AMAZING - they worked hard from sun up to sun down always with smiles on their faces. They were friendly, polite and most importantly highly skilled in their craft. Ignacio was very knowledgeable explaining issues uncovered during the project and what needed to be done to fix it. (There was rotted wood from our shower leak, plumbing issues, etc. - they fixed and replaced a lot with no additional cost!). Max’s tile work was perfection! Together they are a dream team! At the conclusion of the project, Adir brought in professional cleaners to ensure the home was spotless because I expressed concern over the dust (even though they did cover with plastic) since I have 2 small children. He really listens to his clients and provides individualized customer service. They completed the project in a timely manner with minimal disruptions to our daily lives. I could go on and on about how great our experience was. If you’re looking for a construction company, go with Adir and his crew, you won’t be disappointed!

After seeing 5 different contractors (Which was overwhelming) I’ve decided to hire rose Remodeling. Adir was my main contact and he did a great job communicating throughout the project and he had some amazing design ideas for my master bathroom that I’ve never even thought of.
