I have written you support line twice. I clicked on the services being "under 2 hours" on your site. When it came time to pay, his english was not good and used translator and said it was 2 hour minimum. Which is not stated anywhere that I can see. I told him that, but again english not good, so I had to pay for 2 hours. I am not happy with that loop hole there!!! His work only took him 10 minutes.
