First and foremost, I should note that James came to inspect our foundation, and we ended up not needing a massive project done after all, which was such a relief for us as homeowners. However, even though we only used Groundwork’s for the inspection, I cannot recommend this company more highly. James was so thorough, so professional, and so honest. We didn’t need work done after all, and James was very honest about that. I would strongly encourage homeowners to use Groundworks if you want an incredibly professional, honest, and genuine experience. We will 100% use Groundworks if the need arises.

David and Rico just left my house and I'm very happy with the work they did on our cement slab patio in the backyard. It's made up of approximately 20 6x6 ft concrete slabs. Over the years, each slab had tilted up or downward to varying degrees, so there were a lot of unsafe high edges that family and guests we're tripping on. Each slab had to be adjusted differently, while still maintaining a general slope away from the house, for drainage. It looks so much better now, and is much safer too.I highly recommend this company and these two guys, in particular. Tthey know what they're doing and they did it in less than a day!

We just had our home inspected by Dan. He was very professional and did a very thorough job inspecting our home. He communicated very clearly what is going on with our foundation along with pictures he had taken. He gave us very clear information on our options for repairs and was very supportive of our wishes. We never felt pressured to do more than what our budget could handle or sign a contract on the spot. Thank you Dan for your great service!
