Quality of the work done by Bluejay team in building our ADU is really good. Gerardo and the team were very responsive to our questions. The team kept the area around the main house clean and made sure all the inspections were passed quickly. I highly recommend Bluejay for home remodeling or ADU.

We worked with BlueJay Nest construction to remodel two small bathrooms. They worked quickly and diligently to get the job done and we were very pleased with the results. The crew was hard working and prompt and Vanessa and Gerardo did a great job managing the project. It was our first remodel and we had a lot to learn and several missteps in the process but Blue Jay worked with us in good faith to address issues. Highly recommend them for remodel needs.

Gerardo’s company did a kitchen remodel for us and upgrade of electrical panel. They installed a washer and a dryer in a closet and passed inspections with flying colors!

We needed a quick remodel of our bathroom so we could list our house and found Bluejay on Neighborhood. We called after hours: Vanessa and Gerardo visited us the very next day, gave us a quote hours later and then completed the remodel, start to finish, in about two weeks. After hearing our preferences, it was so easy: they shopped the tiles, vanity, fixtures, shower doors, medicine cabinet, lights, fan, and paint and then brought the samples to us for selection or approval. Besides the flawless communication, what really impressed me about Bluejay was their crew. They showed up on time every day and worked diligently. As you would expect, there were different crew members for demo, tile, plumbing, electrics, etc. And even though the project was completed so very fast, the quality was still superb. That's why we couldn't be more satisfied and are willing to write this glowing review.
