These guys are SPECTACULAR! The price was reasonable, which was my main concern. But, when I experienced how quickly that started, how well they understood what I wanted, how thoughtful and friendly their crew was, I realized I should be able to expect so much more. Rep and project manager very nice, not salesperson nice, and listened to what we want done and will do it, not what "they" think we should do. Starting after Thanksgiving sometime.

Quality of the work done by Bluejay team in building our ADU is really good. Gerardo and the team were very responsive to our questions. The team kept the area around the main house clean and made sure all the inspections were passed quickly. I highly recommend Bluejay for home remodeling or ADU.

We worked with BlueJay Nest construction to remodel two small bathrooms. They worked quickly and diligently to get the job done and we were very pleased with the results. The crew was hard working and prompt and Vanessa and Gerardo did a great job managing the project. It was our first remodel and we had a lot to learn and several missteps in the process but Blue Jay worked with us in good faith to address issues. Highly recommend them for remodel needs.
