Eli was so knowledgeable and figured out the root cause for my issue. My issue started with main door lock being hard to lock. He diagnosed it to the land settling and door tilting, offered a couple of options and recommended the most practical and low cost one. He is a general contractor and hence has a breadth of knowledge not just about locksmithing but about every part of construction of house. He solved my issue in 15 mins without even needing to meddle with locks. He was also very cost effective, professional and well mannered. It was a pleasure to get him fixing my issue. I would go to him for almost any issue with my house now.

I wanted to install a new front door handle before my door was set to be painted next week. I made the appointment for an open time slot this Sunday, but, was happy to receive a text from the locksmith and a call that they were able to swing by and do the work today. He arrived on time and finished the work quickly. The locksmith did a fantastic job. Appreciate the fast service and high quality work.
