In home personal training for weight loss and stress reduction. I chose Cat because she has a professional website and several certifications. She quickly responded to my request and was on time for our first appointment. She provided paperwork and required a medical history. I immediately trusted her and signed up for a package. The training was great. She does a circuit style with repeat rotation which includes cardio and strengthening. I have been working out at a local gym and was fortunate to meet Caterina. Caterina became my personal trainer as of June 2015. Motivation, breaking a sweat, and various strength training moves makes working out with Caterina so much fun and showing results. She is able to pack in a variety of sets with me in 25 minutes. Did I say I break a sweat? Her method is using your body as resistance, which works me so much harder than just weight lifting. But most important of all is that Caterina is your cheerleader. When I began my physical training with Caterina, I was quite out of shape, over weight, and having chronic back problems. Although we have only been working together for approximately eight weeks, I am already seeing improvements in my fitness level and my body shape. I feel stronger, more confident, and healthier overall. Caterina pushes me harder than I would push myself all while supporting me in my efforts. Caterina does an excellent job of structuring the training session so it is a balanced workout. I absolutely recommend Caterina Ilich for Personal Training! I've only been working out with her for a couple of months and can already see such a huge difference. I've been steadily dropping weight and putting on some muscle! I went from not being able to do a single plank to actually doing them in perfect form for several minutes! That's a huge accomplishment for a weakling like me! She never makes you feel intimidated and will work with you at your own pace, while still pushing you! - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes. I attend the idea conferences in L.A. every year.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always loved fitness and am a firm believer in doing what you love and what makes you happy. So I decided to get certified and take my knowledge and years of dance experience and incorporate that into my personal training sessions.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I am an in home personal trainer. That means that I bring the materials with me to your home. We typically do 1 hour sessions and I also go over your current fitness and health habits and we come up with a plan to follow. Training consists of anything from resistance training, to ballet barre, to TRX.
