Though we haven't seen our photos yet, Daniel was a dream to work with! Professional, made great suggestions for group photos, at the right place at the right time. We hope the photos turn out as wonderful as he is! Will definitely hire again... :)

It was my son's first birthday. Daniel did an awesome job photographing the event. Daniel is very personable and knows his stuff. He used the best camera and a fast lens. All the images were very sharp. Looking forward working with Daniel again. He's highly recommended.

Wedding and Event Photography

I recently hired Daniel to photograph my 30th Birthday party. He did a phenomenal job. Daniel made sure he went to each guest and took their pictures. They all enjoyed interacting with him. In the end the pictures were all very beautiful. I would highly recommend Daniel Mirer for your next event. And I would definitely utilize his services in the future.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I try to keep the rate of the photography labor cost-effective, willing to always work with new clients by helping to work within your budget. I believe in long-term work relationships are the way to for a good and positive experience, for this to happen I always give discounts to repeat clients or work out a set prince for bulk rates for more than six locations that would need to be documented.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I find always best to have a phone call to talk about the event I will be photographing so we would already be equated by the time I arrive on location.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Pratt Institute and his Master of Fine Arts in Photography from the California Institute of the Arts. Have also participated in prestigious artist residency programs including the Whitney Museum of American Art’s Independent Study Program, the Bronx Museum of the Arts’ Artists in the Marketplace, and the Regional Central American & Caribbean Contemporary Art Forum in Honduras. He also received the New York State Foundation for the Arts Fellowship for photography.
