FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every person is unique, and I customize my services around each one's needs. I'll let you know the price of my service after I evaluate your resume and see how much work it needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a member of the NRWA, and I regularly attend its new seminars, and I visit its online discussion group every day. I'm also an avid reader. I read about human potential, business, and world cultures. I've traveled in 34 countries, and I visited several many times. Resume writing is about people, so having the biggest perspective of clients possible, and having a wide range of ideas of how they can stand out from their competition, is now crucial in this job market.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I'll let some past clients speak for my service: "I previously worked with two consultants about resumes, and Brian was more helpful than both put together. He sat down with me, analyzed my experience, and discovered several ways that I stand out from my competition that I wasn't aware of." Leonard S. "I heard more innovative ideas from Brian about how to craft an effective resume than I have from anyone else. He understands how the rules for finding a job in this market have changed more than anyone else that I have worked with." Dan M. "I got much more intelligent advice from Brian about my resume than I did from anybody else. I got a job within one month of his consultation, and his work had a lot to do with it." Prasad S. "Brian offered me some ideas that added interest and clarity to my resume. With Brian's help, my revised resume helped me stand out among the competition to get me my current job." Brad B.
