Had a great experience. He showed up on time each day, (this was a two day job) He was very professional. He fulfilled all I asked for which was to document each section of the job. I asked to see the foundation and then the plywood and then the flooring. I am a property manager and these things are important for our files. He was in constant communication with me as I could not be on site while he was working. I would hire him again.
