We are a small family owned and operated construction company, our teams has beed part of our family for many years, and since day one we have been focused in our employees and our customer service and satisfaction. We only take a small amount of new projects per month, which gives us the ability to maintain our high quality of work and our top standards. So when you call to schedule your consultation, please be patient to our busy calendar, but we assure you that you will hear back from us. My house renovations replaced our floors, and gigantic patio door this spring and it has made a huge difference. Not only in the curb appeal (and equity!) of our house, but the windows also reduce the temperature in our house about 10 degrees, which is priceless during this heatwave! The products as well as the craftsmanship they offer are the highest quality. I was home with my toddler while they were completing our project and the crew were so considerate and polite and made me feel very comfortable - even in tight quarters. The sales team and project manager answered all of my many questions and went above and beyond to be sure we were getting what we wanted. The entire exchange was very honest and transparent. After dealing with other renovation companies in the past, I was very pleased.

Me and my Fiancé just move to my old 1960 childhood home, the house needed a lot of work, and we were on a tight budget... we met with 5 different contractors and one of them was RSF Construction. They came and gave us a very fair price, and very very detailed estimate. We decided to move forward with them, even though the price wasn’t the cheapest because we trusted them and felt completely comfortable with their ideas and timeline. We did a bathroom remodel, flooring throughout the house and kitchen refacing. The project came out BEAUTIFULLY, the communication with the team was great and we were able to move in really quick. Highly recommended.. make sure to ask for Dave as your project manager.

Helping my elderly father out with the addition of a rental unit over his garage seemed like a daunting task at first because I work full-time running a business and do not live nearby. I was so thankful to find Mary at RSF Construction because she really seemed to understand & empathize with our situation and it was obvious that she had plenty of experience with both getting things done and expediting City permits, etc. Not only was she able to meet our budget, she even saved us some money as the project neared completion and she saw additional ways to save OUR money! Very competitive, we offer payments plans and finance options.

From the very beginning, we go hand in hand with every new customer. From the early stage of designing the project, picking materials, running the job and managing the crew, getting all permits.. all the way until passing all inspections and finalizing the final details of the job.
