Introduction: I'm Allya Orlov, a certified health coach and a mom. I started Organic Life Wellness because I love teaching people how to live a fuller, richer, and more delicious life. I believe that everyone deserves a healthy start, and that begins before conception. Eating healthy before and during pregnancy is essential for the well-being of your baby and yourself. What we eat, quite literally, creates the building blocks that make up our children. "You are what you eat" has never rang more true, and it no longer applies to just you! With all the hormones, pesticides, chemicals, and antibiotics that we encounter every day, it's difficult and overwhelming to try to make sense of it all. That's where I come in. You and I, as a team, will set a plan in motion to bring in more nutritious options and decrease the unhealthy ones. I work with people of all ages and in different places in life, but I specialize in women trying to conceive, pregnant women, and mothers. Together, we'll strive to bring harmony and nutrition to both mother and child. By changing the way we feed ourselves and our children, I hope to make a dent in the world and on how future generations choose their foods.
