- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common presenting complaints that I work with are: Relationship issues, Stress Reduction, Smoking Cessation, Weight Reduction, Test Anxiety Reduction, Performance Enhancement, Focus & Concentration and Pain Management.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My second book "Timeless Hypnotic Scripts" is published through blurb.com. It is a collection of original hypnotic scripts that have alternate endings available, thereby giving the therapist a choice of which ending to utilize according to the client's presenting complaint. My first book "401 Study Guide" is a study on practical sessions utilizing the Kappasinian Method of Hypnotherapy. It is sold at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I recommend having a list of questions that you ask several hypnotherapists and see whose answer connects with you the most. Ask the same questions to all the hypnotherapists you're interviewing, this way you can tell who was too aloof, too personal, too direct, too vague. As they're answering the question, you'll know instinctively whose personality 'clicked' with yours the most. Ask them about their training AND their continuing education. See if they're comfortable sharing some information about themselves. You're looking for a professional who keeps enhancing who they are.
