Introduction: I am an Holistic Health Practitioner. I use Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and cognitive coaching as my primary tools to help my clients discover or rediscover their joy, power, motivation, confidence, creativity, inspiration, abundance, success, and purpose. I named my practice "Empartnerment". It is the combination of 2 very powerful ideas - Empowerment and Partnership or, as I say, "A Partnership for Empowerment". This idea is the cornerstone of my client relationships. My clients are not on their respective journeys alone. I love to see the idea that the clients are really their own source of healing begin to take root and grow. Beginning to understand your own power is where growth begins. It gives me great joy to get that e-mail or phone call letting me know that things are going well. I've always played the role of the helper in personal, professional, and familial relationships. It is something I value greatly and bring to every client relationship I have.

First and foremost, he made me feel safe and comfortable while I was struggling with some pretty epic anxiety going into things, even though I was somewhat challenging to work on in that regard. I feel like we got into some useful dialogue, and his therapy (I specifically underwent a Past Life Regression) brought up all the relevant information I needed to at attempt to move forward. LJM Myers's commitment to the quality of his work and immersive study in his craft is evident. Highly recommended.

On the day of my appointment, I was a bit nervous when I arrived. Legion was very understanding about that and took his time to explain what Reiki is. He was professional and put me at ease. During my session, I was actually able to feel the Reiki energy. I felt relaxed, which is rare. By the middle of the session, the headache I had had all morning disappeared. By the end of the session, I felt amazing. Even my chronic back pain was gone. I am very happy with my first Reiki experience and I think Legion had a lot to do with that. I will be scheduling more Reiki appointments with Legion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A short consultation will take place either by phone or e-mail. If we decide to move forward, you will receive a variety of documents to fill out, scan, and e-mail back to me, or to bring to your first appointment. The first session will vary depending on your chosen healing modality. Clients who choose Reiki as their primary healing modality will have a different experience than those who choose Life Coaching or Hypnotherapy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an holistic health practitioner. My primary tools are Reiki, Hypnotherapy, and cognitive coaching. I am an honors graduate of Hypnosis Motivation Institute where I earned my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. As part of the program I earned a variety of specific certifications including NLP Practitioner, Therapeutic Imagery Master and Past Life Regression Specialist, among others. The program not only teaches us how to put someone into a hypnotic state but, even more importantly, what to do to serve their highest positive outcome once we have achieved hypnosis.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a session myself many years ago, and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, at that time, I could not afford to see they hypnotherapist on a regular basis. As a certain point in my life I decided to make a change. I wanted something more fulfilling than the mundane office job in which I found myself. I began to search my options and was curious about hypnotherapy as a career. I found the website for Hypnosis Motivation Institute and began to peruse their free content. Soon after I attended several free weekly self-improvement nights and before I knew it, I was a student again. It was an experience that changed my life; something I hope to do for my clients in need of my services.
