- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We curate the base price of the service you wish to purchase after revising the area and needs of the client. There will be occasional discounts or promotional offers. These can include seasonal sales, bundle deals, loyalty rewards, and senior discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish contact, the next step is to understand the customer's needs and requirements. This may involve asking relevant questions, or scheduling a short phone call to gather more information. The goal is to gain a comprehensive understanding of what the customer is looking for and how we can meet their expectations. On the clients request we schedule a date to complete a service at the soonest convenience.
