- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We post all of our pricing publicly. You can view our pricing directly on our website. Our pricing is fit for our quality of service that we provide. We do offer discounts and specials from time to time. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for any special prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our usual process starts with a consultation and/or booking. Depending on the event it may leave the client with homework to complete. Open communication with our client until it's time to meet with the client before the event via email or in person to collect any last details and homework we may have left them with. After the event we follow up to see if our client was satisfied with our service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 15 years of experience I have been in every situation in the industry. Educational background is an associates degree in business.
