Julian was on time as promised, went right to work assessing the problem. A new hose was needed to replace old flex hose connecting dishwasher to sink plumbing, so he quickly went and purchased the correct hose and installed it. It works great now and no leaks. I did purchase the annual maintenance contract, which gives me some discount on any further work or repairs needed. Julian is very knowledgeable and knew exactly where the problem was; he did have to pull out the dishwasher to detach the defective hose and reconnect the new one. Then he made the connection back to the sink plumbing.

From the start, we were so happy with On Time's service. The unit at my house was broken so I called and they gave me great availability options. We were presented with the issues and then were given options between repairs or replacements. We were not pressured into anything! They were very knowledgeable and we ended up joining the maintenance plan!
