We have the skills to design custom pieces, artwork for your wedding, floral décor, and pretty much anything else that could make a crafter want to work late into the night. With our hard work and dedication to YOU, the client, we will make the process seamless and stress-free. Our boutique brings tranquility to your wedding planning and day-of events. There is no need for a “Bridezilla” here! What I love most about weddings is seeing the groom's reaction to his bride walking down the aisle and the feeling of the couple's vision coming together. All of the hard work and stress is completely worth it to see the Bride & Groom's reaction to their event.

I am extremely satisfied with the services I received from Bridezilla Events. I hired Gabriela about a month before our wedding. I was just about finished finalizing contracts with vendors before the wedding and was needing assistance with tying up loose ends for my wedding plans such as: 1. Coordinating/ Directing Wedding Rehearsal 2. Finalize list of needed supplies for decor & location/ placement of decor 3. Finalize list of needed technical supplies for music, video, & electricity & location/ placement of those technical supplies 4. Continue communication with wedding vendors in regards to updates in wedding program, rules, and/ or wedding needs/ areas for clarification/ confirmation 5. Recommended/ referred other vendors for mandatory or as needed supplies for the wedding 6. Follow through with setting-up the venue as I desired it set-up/ decorated 7. Directing wedding party, vendors, guests before and during the entire wedding event. 8. Ensuring that I was always stress free by reassuring me or managing current and last-minute challenges that occurred during the wedding. ….and much much more. :) Gabriela, fulfilled every aspect of the wedding in her role as wedding coordinator. 3 positive things I will never forget were the follow: 1. I forgot to add 2 seats in the table seating for one of our wedding sponsor couples. My heat sank and I was in a panic. Thankfully, Gabriela calmed me down and explained that 2 guests did not show, and a few people were okay with moving their seats to different tables, so there was a seat for them and plates served for them as well. Thank you, Gabriela! :) 2. Gabriela went out of her way to hand-make my wedding cascade bouquet and all the bouquets for my bridal party. She did not have to, but she offered it at no additional cost to me and I truly appreciate that since I did not have bouquets ready yet. They were gorgeous and went well with my vintage floral theme. 3. Last, but never least, Gabriela never ever forgot to ask me… "How are you feeling?" She asked me that during wedding planning meetings/ rehearsals, before the wedding, and even during the wedding. She always took it upon herself to make sure I was doing okay and that I was satisfied with everything. If I was not satisfied, she provided me with options and explained the pros and cons of each of those options. A few times we would bump heads with ideas because we both aim for perfection, but she always ensured everything was the way I wanted it… and as her customer, I appreciated that the most. :) Overall, I am extremely happy with how our floral vintage backyard wedding turned out for our approx. 140 guests. I appreciate that Gabriela pays attention to detail as I do and aims for perfection as I do as well. :) That is an important characteristic in a highly recommended and reliable wedding coordinator/ planner like Gabriela. Thank you again, Gabriela. :)

What can I say about Gabriela? I decided to hire a wedding coordinator a bit late in the game when it hit me that, as amazing as our vendor coordinator was, she wasn't available to me all the time and she wouldn't be able to help with things the venue wasn't responsible for. Gabriela was able to help us with setting up decor, coordinating vendors, timeline, and being my go-to person in the couple months leading up to the wedding and the day of. She was literally available to me 24/7 and sometimes I wondered if she ever stops working! I felt completely comfortable asking her any question. It is obvious that she absolutely enjoys what she does, and having her at my wedding was one of the best decisions I made (besides choosing my groom, of course). ;) Thank you so much for everything!

The best decision I made in planning my wedding was hiring Gabriela (aside from picking my groom, of course). If you want someone to take charge and lift the stress of planning off your back to ensure the day goes the way it should (even if you're not entirely sure what that looks like) HIRE HER. We are absolutely in-debt to her for all she made happen, anticipated could happen, or all she reminded us should happen...(and leading up to) and the million small touches she handled that we don't even know about. I was a little apprehensive as it is such an important aspect of wedding planning, and now cannot imagine our day would have been even half as great as it was without her. Please, if you have questions or are not sure about who to hire- just schedule 10 minutes to speak with her and she will completely gain your confidence and trust in handling all the details and timing of your special day. ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a new client, I want you to be completely confident in my capabilities by breaking down those barriers in the initial consultation to learn about one another and how we would work with each other. I want you to be comfortable expressing your true feelings throughout the process and be completely honest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I became certified in Event and Wedding Coordination from the University of La Verne in 2014. Since that time, I have gained experience at local venues and corporate settings. I have also received my Bachelor's and Master's in Business Management.
