Marlanea was professional, personable and patient. She arrived early, which I appreciated. However, the other signed didn't arrive until way after the scheduled time. Marlanea patiently waited, which gave us time to talk a little. I appreciated the fact that, despite having to drive a long way to even get to my house, she had to sit around for an additional half hour. Many people would have gotten up and left, but not her. Not once did she complain or seem irritated. Definitely recommend!
