We met with 7 different companies and decided to go with Pro Installation. Their price was by far the most competitive and I really appreciated their prompt response! As can be expected with construction, there was a hiccup or two along the way. However, they were MORE than willing to make it right and quickly addressed any concerns we had. We can't thank them enough for the awesome addition to our home! 5 Stars in our book!

I first hired Stephan Hage , dba American Pride. He wanted half of the money up front, which we gave him. Then he never showed up to do the Job. 3 weeks later we finally got ahold of him, which was difficult, and asked for our money back. He never gave it back, and never did any work for us. We took him to small claims court, and he never showed up there either. We are still looking for him! Meanwhile, we hired ANOTHER installer, (Pro Installation) and are VERY pleased with him. He was reasonable, required minimal down, showed up promptly, Did the job in 2 days, and left the premisis clean . Very professional. Sincerely, Tamera Zimmerman
