- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I just try to be fair and pray that the customer is also fair. I'm extremely compromising and hope for the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go into it with an open mind. I listen initially to the issue. After thats established, I set the appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been on the job meaning since 1982 I've had to learn by good old fashioned experience.
