- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service call charge is $79.00. If we get hired for the job, the service call will be worked into the total cost of labor and material. We are also proud supporters of and offer a discount to our local Fire dept, Law Enforcement, Veterans & Teachers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to build a good working relationship with all my customers. I want all my customers new, or repeat to feel confident in knowing that I will give them the best service possible! Myself and Jill are always available to answer any questions, and phone calls are always welcome!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 yrs of schooling and over 20 yrs running large and small projects. everything from the neighbor next door, to the science center at the Santa Monica High School.
