After Dads second fall in three months, my sister and I were up at night Googling everything stairlifts, grab bars, ramps and honestly just feeling overwhelmed. We didnt even know what we actually needed versus what was just being sold to us.Paul came out within 48 hours of my first call. He didnt start with a sales pitch he walked through the entire house with us, pointed out risks we hadnt even thought about (the step-down into the garage, the bathroom threshold, the lighting in the hallway), and explained what was urgent versus what could wait. It felt like talking to someone who actually understood what we were going through, not just someone trying to close a deal.They installed a stairlift and redid the master bathroom in about a week. The crew was clean, respectful, and checked in with my dad directly which meant a lot to him. Hes proud. He didnt want to feel like his house was turning into a hospital, and it doesnt.
