- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No I do not because each and every job has its own unique set of challenges and each client has there own tastes and expectations of how they may want or need things done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication about your project is key. Make sure all materials and work to be done is Cleary understood and written up in estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trades since 1995. I went into business with my contractor license in 2000 in Washington state and moved back to California in 2001 and got my California Contractor License here. I was born into construction and working on jobs on my weekends and school holidays with my Dad who was Craft construction in the 80's and 90's in the Beverly Hills and surrounding areas.
