- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t charge to do an estimate, and generally I can do the work the same day. I am all about resolving your problem as soon as possible. I do also like to take the time to ensure we take the right steps to truly resolve your problem.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to truly take the time to understand exactly what the client is looking for, then after taking that time I like to go over what practical options there are, and then get a timeframe. Overall communication is something I take seriously so that we all are satisfied with the end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience in the electrical field working along side master electricians, and have been building and repairing computers since I was 13 years old!
