- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most events are priced at $200/hr with a two-hour minimum. All day weddings are priced at a flat $2,000. There are no extra fees; your purchase includes your entire album with no watermarks. A non-refundable fee of 25% of the shoot cost is required to book. Financing is also available through Affirm or Klarna. Subject to credit approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For some types of events, such as weddings, a client will often want to talk via phone or meet in person. If it's a smaller event, sometimes we just keep it to email. But it's their decision. Standard logistics aside, they will give me their list of "must have" shots to ensure nothing is missed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far back as it goes, I took yearbook and digital photography courses in high school. After that, I was largely self-taught. From parties, concerts, weddings, press conferences, and so forth. I have photographed over a hundred events across Ventura and Los Angeles.
