- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All homeowner clients with military or local emergency ID will receive an additional 10% discount for your efforts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to meet the Owners at the Subject and go through the paperwork together, make a scope of work according to each individual Owner's desire and then show any ways to possibly upgrade the situation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Property Management, Real Estate Brokerage and Certified Appraising.....all in one batch!
