- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. We are active members in the IWCA and we are always training on something new or improving on something every month.We also have monthly safety meetings and have our new hires go through a 6 month mentorship program to make sure they are ready to tackle most jobs on their own by the end of their first year with us.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had friends that had parents that were in the business and that's how I was introduced.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Window cleaning, mirror cleaning and rain gutter cleaning.
