I had a leak in the attic and called COACHELLA VALLEY PLUMBING HEATING AND AIR (which btw is called "Valley's best") at 3pm and they said that they can send someone between 4-6pm but because it's considered "after hours" it will cost $189 just for the diagnostic. I agreed under the assumption that if they come they'd also fix the leak but they just sent me a report of what needs to be done together with an invoice and left. They asked for $875 for a very simple pex leak repair and so the next day I called a few plumbers to see if they can help. 3 agreed to come over for a free estimate and when I sent the photo of the leak, they provided me with quotes - $380, $443 and $439. I went with the one that was the fastest and got it fixed on the same day. Calling COACHELLA VALLEY PLUMBING ended up being a mistake - just charged me a large sum only to then ask for double what others wanted and then not even doing it that day anyway. I wouldn't recommend them.

Came out to repair the unit that was not blowing cold air. Said he fixed it and tried to charge me a much higher service fee than quoted. Then, it stopped working again same day. We called the tech back out and he said he’d fix it within a day, but after a week of excuses and delays, the tech finally had a second person come out. After his visit, the unit stopped working entirely. I asked for a refund, was told I would be issued one, but have not got it and the main office has not returned my messages or phone call. I had to call another company to come out and they said that the techs from this company rewired the unit completely wrong causing more damage/ why the unit went from blowing air to not working at all. I lost the money that I paid Valley, had to give a rent discount to my tenants for suffering in the heat for over a week, and pay a large amount to another company to fix what they broke in addition to addressing the initial concern.

Very responsive and professional. I called them because my floor felt hot, turns out I had a hot water leak under my slab. They jackhammered my entryway and had the leak fixed in one day. I highly recommend them.

I called Coachella plumbing when my water heater went out and they had someone over within an hour and had the water heater fixed in about 45 minutes. These guys are life savers!
