Introduction: We are a member organization of independent contractors known as Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants. VBAs work under the direct supervision of consumer bankruptcy attorneys providing pre and post-petition case support. National Society of Virtual Bankruptcy Assistants, LLC is a regular exhibitor at Consurmer Bankruptcy Attorney Conventions; including, the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Conference, the Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Conference and NACBA Convention and Fall Workshop; the largest gathering of consumer bankruptcy attorneys in the nation. NSVBA provides services, support, resources and training. We also provide a free resource for attorneys to find a VBA best suited to their needs.
