Customers can be assured that no matter how big or small the wedding, they will receive the same professionalism and attention to detail from us, because we are extremely happy to help future bride and groom and see their happy faces on their wedding day. We like to spend hours with clients helping them grow their ideas and visions for the wedding flowers, and making sure that all of the right floral, down to the fillers, match the entire look and feel they envision for their special day. To help alleviate their floral planning stresses, we can be as hands on or as hands off as they need! We can do it based on our 28 years of experience in floral design business. Through these years, the Team Mitsuko have worked, from huge weddings to small bouquets, to make customers happy. We are honest and we work hard until the last minute. We love to see happy faces of bride and groom on their wedding day. We love to see happy faces of customers who are proud of their flowers in their party and event. We also like to chat with the customers after they are relieved from their stressful preparation. We like to spend hours with customers consulting for the flowers of their palate during the preparation for their wedding and party. Members of the Team Mitsuko like to work hard to make the arrangements for customers' important occasion and to work hard onsite on the customers' special day until the last minute. We are extremely happy when customer say they liked our flowers.

We are on a tight budget for our wedding but still wanted to have a options for our centerpieces. Mitsuko Floral worked with us to give us a real estimate in our budget (they informed us up front about all charges, like delivery and taxes, so there were no surprises). Most importantly, they treated our tiny order like we were spending for a royal wedding. They communicated with us promptly and found beautiful options for our reception! We can't wait to see their art come to life and share the results with the world :)

Mitsuko was such a pleasure to work with! She made everything so easy, and I can not thank her enough for the beautiful bouquet she put together from the picture I sent her. She delivered then right on time and even helped cut the roses I need for my tables. She really was so sweet!

Mitsuko is by far the BEST FLORIST in town!!! I got married in Rancho Palos Verdes and I wanted to work with a local florist for my wedding. I researched like a mad scientist for one and came across Mitsuko. From my initial inquiry to my wedding day, Mitsuko and her team were very professional and friendly, responded promptly, and catered to all my needs. One of the main reasons I trusted Mitsuko over other florists was the years of experience - over 25 years! I was also impressed by her degrees from Parsons School of Design in floral design and instruction. Her experience really came through when I told her that I didn't know much about flowers but described how I envisioned my wedding and the color palette I wanted, along with Pinterest ideas. She took it from there within the budget I gave her. The flowers exceeded my expectations and were breathtaking. I absolutely loved my bouquet and received so many compliments. Not only is she sweet and knowledgeable, she is affordable and reasonable (another major reason I went with her). She custom built a floral arch for my wedding ceremony for the same price, if not less, of renting a plain arch from the venue. The arch was breathtaking. We even used the same arch in our wedding reception to be cost effective. She was one of my favorite wedding vendors and I HIGHLY recommend her for any occasion!

So my wife and I had our wedding on October 1, 2016 and hired Mitsuko Floral for our venue. We found her on thumbtack and went through several other flourists, did our interviews, got our price quotes, etc. They came to us in Glendale (quote a bit of drive for them) at our convenience and we met with Mitsuko and her husband Francois and they gave us a run down of exactly what they were going to use, the colors, and made great recommendations. Part of the reasons we selected her was her portfolio on her website with gorgeous flowers...as well as her raving high reviews from other thumbtack members. Another positive is that they've been doing this quite some time and know a lot of venues. We did our venue at Castle Green in Pasadena and they knew everything about it. So made suggestions based on the venue. Also, her and her husband were very friendly and patient with us. They were very knowledgeable and fun to work with. They met with us a few times by my house, for our convenience, and threw in some bonuses for us....we wanted crystal beads last minute and they agreed to set that up for us for free. We felt 100% confident after our last meeting that everything was good to go...there was no stones left unturned as they covered everything. Come wedding day, they arrived 12PM, hour and a half before the doors opened with their team and started coordinating. They had several assistants start with our arches, then some at the ballroom assembling the centerpieces. Initially, Mitsuko and Francois were going to drop stuff off and let their assistants do most of the work as they had two events that day (they assured us that this would be no issues and that they've even done up to 3 events a single day without a problem); however, we found Mitsuko and Francois there the whole time, even during the ceremony taking pictures and videos of us while we walked back down the aisle! Their assistants helped us put our roses on our lapels (this is a hard task btw) and made sure everything looked good on all of us. The centerpieces turned out gorgeous and we had raving reviews about them. We asked our coordinator to save us 6 large centerpieces, but they only managed 3 because everyone was fighting over them. When asked not to take them, they took them anyway. At the end of the night, we only had 1 small centerpiece left as that was on a hidden table people probably didn't see (we had 20 tables). All in all, these guys are great! They weren't on the low or high price end, more of the middle, but you feel you received a high priced package. They are easy to work with, work with your schedule, very flexible, communicate with you in a timely manner (within 12 hours) and we feel they enjoyed our wedding as much as us!

I ordered my wedding bouquet and bouts for the groom and family and the colors matched perfectly and the roses were super fresh! I recommend this florist she did exactly what I asked and even delivered everything to my room. Hands down 100% satisfied with the service.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We are the specialist of floral arrangements for weddings, special events and parties. However, as we used to own a flower shop in Tarzana, CA for 15 years, we are able to make any type of flower arrangements for any occasion upon request of clients. Our floral arrangements are all custom designed and custom tailored for each customer. Please check us out on our Facebook fan pages.   • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    First of all, we would like to suggest customers to hire a well-experienced florist. It means the florist has a long history in the flower industry. Being recognized in the industry means he/she is established and honest. A florist with longer footmark in the industry has the superior position in designing, coordination, taking measures to cope with the (unexpected) situation, and procurement knowhow which makes the big difference in cost and freshness of flowers. Due to the lack of industry-wide network and preparation knowhow and experience, the orders may have the risk of being screwed up on the very special day of the customer. Also important is to select a designer/florist with whom a customer can share the sentiment. A sensible florist listen to the customers and try to find out the customers true needs and create the arrangements respecting the customer's palate for colors and style while providing a professional advice to meet his/her budget.
