Introduction: We are family owned and operated. We have our own crews that do most of the work instead of sub-contracting the work out. We always have someone on the job-site who speaking English, we do not play loud music and we do not leave lunch or personal trash on the job-site. We are respectful and do are best to make the remodeling exprience as stree-free as possible. We strive hard to come on budget and on time as well.

we bgan our project by interviewing many many contractors big and small. we chose home building specialists because the prices were fair and they were local and family run. we were only going to add a bedroom and bath but everything was going so well that we also added an upstairs bedroom and bath and a family room. not only did they come in on time but they came in under budget. the workers were great, arrived every day scheduled and clean up was amazing. all of the inspections were handled by them and I highly reccomend this company. as a matter of fact every potential client that came to my home to check out their work ended up signening with them.

We recommend that our customers get several bids. We have all heard that we should get three bids and some of us believe that is to get the lowest price. But all too often the lowest price is not the best deal. We recommend you get bids to find the best company for you and your family. Companies that have your best interest in mind not there bottom line.
