- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think the best way to get started with a new customer-handyman relationship is to complete a small job or part of a job at the beginning. That way customers can see the quality and value first-hand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My formal education is in engineering. I have a Master's in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Tech. My informal education comes from growing up on a farm, where you learn to do everything: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanics, you name it. My on-the-job training comes from years of construction and repair done on properties owned by me and my family and friends. I come from a large family and over the years we have fixed up dozens of homes.
