- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and straightforward with no hidden fees. Each session is a flat rate, and customers don’t need their own gym membership when training with me at Planet Fitness because my Black Card allows them to enter for free. I currently don’t offer discounts or package deals, so every client receives the same fair rate. The price reflects the value of personalized programming, one-on-one coaching, and safe, effective training tailored to each client’s needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with a brief conversation to understand your goals, fitness level, medical history, and any injuries or limitations. From there, I do a movement and strength assessment to see how your body moves and what areas need attention. Based on that information, I create a customized training plan that matches your goals and abilities. During our sessions, I focus on proper form, safe progression, and clear communication so you always know what we’re working on and why. As we continue, I adjust the program as you improve to make sure you keep progressing at a comfortable and effective pace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA-certified personal trainer with specialized education in strength and conditioning, human anatomy, and exercise programming. My training includes coursework in injury prevention, movement mechanics, and safe progression for all fitness levels. I also have hands-on experience working with clients recovering from injuries, beginners, and athletes, which helps me design safe and effective programs for every individual.
