- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is subjective and depends on the matter the client needs help with. For any and all transaction related work, I generally charge a flat fee. However, for most litigation matters, I charge around $200-$250 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like the client to come into my office for a one (1) hour consultation to thoroughly discuss and evaluate the client's matter.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from one the top law schools in the nation. I have extensive transaction and litigation experience.
