My experience with 1st Class Plumbing and Drains was very positive. They were easy to schedule, and I appreciated the call ahead letting me know the plumber was on the way. The job was completed efficiently and correctly. While the scheduling window was a little wide, the quality of the plumbing work itself was top-notch, and the final bill matched the original quote. I would definitely use their services again for future repairs or installations.

I was having issues with my plumbing and i called around to a few places and we went with 5 star plumbing. Carlos was very professional and always showed up exactly on time and made sure to leave everything nice and neat after the job was done. I am a first time home owner and have never had to deal with plumbing issues before. I reached out to First Class and Carlos took great care of us! He was very professional and was able to come out and help us surprisingly fast! Since there was a lot that we didn’t know, Carlos explained everything in a way that we could understand and I really appreciated that! He was always on time and left the bathroom spotless! I will definitely be using First Class’ services should I need assistance in the future and I will recommend them to all of my friends!

I’m very grateful for finding Carlos when I did. I had multiple plumbers come by and give me insane estimates on an issue that I was having with my shower. It was constantly leaking and I was told that I needed to change the shower body and possibly cut a huge hole in the back of the wall by other plumbing companies. luckily an expert like Carlos has seen all of these things in his time and gave a full diagnostic and solution that avoided cutting walls and changing the whole body out . I’m extremely thankful to know that from this point on I have an amazing plumber that is super professional , honest, and doesn’t sugarcoat . He’s been in the industry for a long time. He also gave me a couple things that I need to do to maintain my fixtures and also prevent clogs in my drains that are natural no chemicals needed . If you have any plumbing problems he’s your guy.
