- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give upfront pricing before starting any work - no surprises. Pricing includes labor, materials, and cleanup. Emergency service after 6pm or weekends is +$75. I don't charge travel fees within my service area. Payment is due when the job is complete - I accept cash, credit card, Venmo, or Zelle.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I respond to your request within 30 minutes to set up a time. When I arrive, I assess the problem, explain what needs to be done simply, and give you an exact price before starting. Once you approve, I get the work done efficiently and test everything to make sure it's working properly. Then I clean up and make sure you're satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a California licensed plumber with 36 years of hands-on experience. I've worked on everything from simple drain clogs to complex commercial installations. I stay current on California plumbing codes and requirements, and I'm fully bonded and insured.
