Jasmine and her crew worked quickly to replace our building's broken water heater. She took my call late on a Friday and by noon the following day we had the replacement being installed. They were professional and affordable. We'll definitely be using them in the future.

I hired Local Drain Specialist company to replace a toilet wax ring. This company responded within 5 minutes of my initial request and was able to work me in to their schedule the following day. I had Carlos fix the ring today. Extremely pleasant, good communicator, very efficient, cleaned up everything. He represents the LDS company well. And I can tell when I see a happy employee. I hardly recommend this local, Martinez based, plumbing company. I felt like I had a level of service that I haven't experienced in a long time.

We contacted several plumbing companies and by far this one was the most responsive and helpful. They were quick to respond by phone, email and in person. Jasmine was professional, extremely knowledgable, and explained everything clearly while on site. In fact, the service tech showed up early, rather than late for the appointment. The office staff is friendly and communicates well both both by email and phone. We received the sewer report promptly after payment. We will be sure to use their services again when the need arises.
